About the Role
M/s Sainik Bhojnalaya located in Sadar, Lucknow, is recruiting a skilled Cook/Chef to prepare North Indian, Chinese, and Fast Food cuisine. The role demands commitment to maintaining high-quality dishes, ensuring excellent taste and appealing presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook North Indian, Chinese, and Fast Food meals.
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and visual appeal.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen area according to safety standards.
- Manage inventory effectively to reduce food wastage.
- Perform duties efficiently during busy periods.
- Communicate and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Possess 2 to 5 years of experience as a Chef or Cook.
- Understand and implement food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Able to thrive in fast-paced kitchen environments.
- Demonstrate punctuality, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
- Exhibit teamwork and maintain a positive attitude.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹22,000, depending on experience and skills.
