Overview
Rolling Green Fairways Ltd. is hiring a cook for its Lloydminster, Alberta location. This is a full-time position that must be performed in person at the workplace; remote work is not available.
Language Requirement
English.
Education
A secondary school graduation certificate or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Experience
Applicants should have 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
Work Location
On site only. The duties must be completed at the physical location, with no remote option.
Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of special events.
- Work out appropriate portion sizes and related food costs.
- Order the food items and kitchen materials needed for operations.
- Prepare and cook full meals as well as separate dishes and food items.
- Oversee kitchen staff and assistants.
- Keep track of food, supplies, equipment, and related records.
- Keep the kitchen and work areas clean and orderly.
- Handle day-to-day kitchen operations.
Credentials
A Food Safety Certificate is required.
