About the Role
Maple Reinders Constructors seeks a Field Coordinator for the Woodward Wastewater Treatment Plant project located in Dundalk, Ontario. Joining the field operations team, you will contribute to civil and ICI construction projects, supporting Project Managers and Superintendents in overseeing contract administration, budget preparation, and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update purchase order, shop drawing, submittal, and plan logs.
- Assist in selecting suppliers and subcontractors, including obtaining quotes and clarifying work scopes.
- Ensure continuous site safety adherence aligned with regulatory standards and company health and safety policies.
- Participate in site meetings and help address project deficiencies.
- Manage inventory tracking to guarantee timely delivery and accountability of supplies.
- Support coordination and review of project documentation such as RFIs, change orders, site instructions, meeting minutes, and closeout documents.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum one year experience as a Field or Project Coordinator within the construction industry.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, or diploma in Architectural Technology, Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Excel.
