Overview

Rolling Green Fairways Ltd. is hiring a cook for its Lloydminster, Alberta location. This is a full-time position that must be performed in person at the workplace; remote work is not available.

Language Requirement

English.

Education

A secondary school graduation certificate or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Experience

Applicants should have 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience.

Work Location

On site only. The duties must be completed at the physical location, with no remote option.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of special events.
• Work out appropriate portion sizes and related food costs.
• Order the food items and kitchen materials needed for operations.
• Prepare and cook full meals as well as separate dishes and food items.
• Oversee kitchen staff and assistants.
• Keep track of food, supplies, equipment, and related records.
• Keep the kitchen and work areas clean and orderly.
• Handle day-to-day kitchen operations.

Credentials

A Food Safety Certificate is required.
