About the Opportunity

A dynamic and rapidly growing organization at the forefront of innovation is seeking an experienced executive leader to serve as an Executive Leadership & Operational Excellence Coach. This unique role involves direct collaboration with senior executives and cross-functional teams to elevate leadership effectiveness, optimize operational processes, and accelerate strategic growth. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in VP/C-suite roles and a passion for mentoring others while achieving tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one coaching to senior leaders, utilizing a structured coaching methodology (comprehensive training will be provided).
  • Deliver constructive feedback and guidance to help executives maximize their potential and refine decision-making abilities.
  • Mentor leadership teams to foster improved collaboration, team dynamics, and professional development.
  • Partner with senior management to devise and implement strategies aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and supporting sustained growth.
  • Oversee critical operational areas, including financial management, human resources, and compliance, ensuring daily operations are aligned with strategic goals.
  • Identify and leverage new market opportunities and areas for operational enhancement.
  • Act as a key advisor to the CEO and executive team on leadership, talent development, and organizational performance matters.
  • Spearhead initiatives focused on employee engagement, succession planning, and cultivating a high-performing, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Cultivate robust business partnerships and drive initiatives that promote both internal excellence and external expansion.

Key Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in VP/C-suite or equivalent senior leadership positions.
  • Demonstrate a proven history of successfully implementing operational strategies and leading high-performing teams.
  • Exhibit proven expertise in executive coaching, mentoring, and leadership development.
  • Possess exceptional communication and influencing capabilities, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of business strategy, market dynamics, and effective leadership principles.
  • Have experience managing complex operations; a background in legal or compliance is considered an advantage.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline; an advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) is preferred.
