Overview
This role sits within Google Cloud and focuses on designing and delivering conversational AI solutions for enterprise clients. The position combines customer consulting, technical solution design, and hands-on implementation work, especially around virtual agents and contact center AI.
The consultant will partner with customer technical leads, executives, and internal cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable cloud-based conversational experiences. The role also includes solution architecture, delivery oversight, and helping shape product improvements based on real-world client feedback.
Location
The role is based in Gurugram, Haryana, India, with an option to indicate a preferred work location from Pune, Maharashtra, India or Gurugram, Haryana, India.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Background in computational linguistics or software engineering.
- Experience working with customers, senior executives, and technical leads.
- Hands-on experience creating chatbots or voicebots.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building and launching chatbots or voicebots using Dialogflow.
- Exposure to cloud-based conversational AI solution development.
- Working knowledge of natural language processing and related concepts.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills in AI or machine learning environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Role Responsibilities
- Create virtual agent solutions on Google’s core conversational AI platforms, including Dialogflow.
- Work with customer technical leads, client executives, and partners to define scope, manage delivery, and implement contact center AI solutions successfully.
- Coordinate with business partners and customer technical stakeholders to manage scope, priorities, deliverables, risks, issues, and timelines while advocating for customer needs and helping remove adoption barriers.
- Recommend solution architectures and oversee deployment of cloud-based virtual agent solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Travel for client engagements for about 30% of the time.
