Head of Measurement Foundations, International

Role overview

Google is hiring a leader for the Measurement Foundations function within the international Measurement Insights and Data Sciences hub. This team helps ensure advertisers and partners have the measurement setup and data quality needed to understand the full value of Google media. The role supports Large Customer Sales accounts across Tier 1 and Tier 2, with a strong focus on standardizing workflows, using automation and AI, and preparing the team for future measurement challenges.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of Technical Solution Consultants and managers delivering measurement readiness and measurement foundations support for marketing measurement and marketing portfolio management.
• Create and maintain a roadmap for the team that is aligned with business priorities and OKRs, while setting project goals, coordinating resources, and giving technical direction.
• Contribute strategic thinking and investigative leadership in measurement through proactive input and problem solving.
• Shape stakeholder understanding and alignment through presentations and clear written communication.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to expand the team’s capabilities, improve scalability, and support innovation.

Required qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on professional experience.
• At least 10 years of experience resolving technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• Experience with system design or the ability to read code, such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Background working with advertising technology products and the online advertising industry.

Preferred qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Applied Science, or a related discipline.
• 15 years of experience leading projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
• 15 years of experience using data analysis tools and SQL/MySQL.
• 15 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• 15 years of experience in operations management, including process improvement, operational reviews, and workflow optimization.
• 15 years of experience working with Unix or Linux operating systems and commands.

Additional information

Compensation is location-dependent and may include bonus, equity, and benefits. For Ireland, the base pay range is €182000 to €187000 annually, plus a 25% bonus target, equity, and benefits. For Poland, the base pay range is zł600000 to zł615000 annually, plus a 25% bonus target, equity, and benefits. Pay is influenced by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
