Role Overview
This contract role sits within Nintendo of America’s eCommerce organization and supports the Nintendo Store. The position is centered on keeping catalog content accurate, coordinating merchandising updates, tracking issues, and helping ensure the store experience is polished and consistent.
Key Responsibilities
- Review catalog entries carefully to verify that product details such as descriptions, pricing, images, and related information are correct, and record any discrepancies that need to be fixed.
- Keep an organized log of content or catalog problems and work with the appropriate teams to close out those issues quickly.
- Carry out merchandising actions for the Nintendo Store app by following leadership direction, preparing content for review, and routing it through approval and publishing steps.
- Track bugs and enhancement requests, follow up on open items, and help ensure issues move toward resolution in a timely manner.
- Work with product and planning partners to confirm product information, launch timing, and warehouse arrival expectations.
- Maintain release calendars and update schedules so that teams have clear visibility and stay aligned.
- Do light content cleanup and quality checks, including fixing small issues like missing images or incomplete copy to improve the customer experience.
- Assist with basic QA efforts by reporting defects and performing preliminary checks to confirm fixes.
- Support day-to-day operational work, including moving copy through approval steps and filling in content gaps as needed.
- Share regular status updates with stakeholders on catalog quality, bug progress, and merchandising work.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in online merchandising and/or ecommerce.
- Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to juggle several priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Must be able to work on a hybrid schedule in Redmond, WA, three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) during normal business hours.
- This role is not available as a fully remote position.
Benefits and Employment Details
This is a contract role that includes a base hourly pay range and access to benefits through the employing agency. Eligible agency benefits may include medical insurance, an employee assistance program, and paid sick leave. Final benefits depend on elections, eligibility rules, and the applicable plan terms, and the agency will confirm the exact offering at the time of hire. The pay range for this role is $30 to $45 per hour.
Work Location
Redmond, Washington, with regular onsite attendance required under the hybrid schedule.
