About The Role

Join a national healthcare organisation spearheading the implementation of significant medical product contracts throughout New Zealand. This position is central in connecting commercial strategies with clinical outcomes across a large, intricate health system. The successful candidate will lead the planning, launching, and integration of new clinical products across several regions, collaborating closely with clinicians, suppliers, procurement, and supply chains to ensure smooth adoption. This role supports a major transformation programme aimed at enhancing access, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead preparation and deployment of medical product contracts across multiple regions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including clinicians, suppliers, procurement, and supply teams to promote successful product adoption.
  • Drive alignment between commercial objectives and clinical results within complex healthcare settings.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare sales or account management.
  • Demonstrated skill in influencing clinicians, procurement staff, and senior leadership.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and relationship building capabilities.
  • Comfortable operating within large, structured, or governmental organizations.
  • Possesses a consultative, proactive approach combined with commercial savvy and empathy toward change management.
