Role Overview

Primary Duties

• Manage licensed hospitality services and ensure smooth operations during service times
• Maintain adherence to the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act
• Lead and mentor Front of House teams effectively
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients and guests
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and overall venue compliance
• Assist with event preparation, service delivery, and post-event pack-down as necessary

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a current New Zealand Duty Manager's Certificate
• Prior experience serving as a Duty Manager within hospitality or event contexts
• Strong leadership and clear communication abilities
• Professional demeanor, reliability, and calmness in high-pressure situations
• Excellent customer service capabilities
• Availability and willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
