This is an on-site position based in the New York Support Office and reports to the Inventory Optimization Manager.

Core responsibilities

  • Track and reinforce operational standards across Planning Markets, including setting parameters, rolling out process changes, and managing pre-season configurations.
  • Build and maintain standardized allocation and replenishment approaches across Planning Markets.
  • Work with the D&S Specialist during pre-season planning to guide stock deployment at Planning Market and RW level.
  • Identify and escalate supply-related risks tied to capacity limits and operational constraints using supply plans.
  • Monitor supply-demand imbalances across Planning Markets during the season and coordinate the appropriate response with the D&S Specialist.
  • Plan and run stock balancing actions between Planning Markets and RW.
  • Own the budgeting and forecasting process for moves, while ensuring logistics is involved throughout.
  • Review performance for moves, including uplift, profit, and lead times, and act as the main contact for logistics on moves.
  • Manage sourcing and split budgeting and forecasting for digital fulfillment.
  • Direct digital fulfillment parameters so they align with demand plans from Planning Markets, RWs, and SMs.
  • Monitor the commercial impact of digital fulfillment initiatives, including sales uplift, cost, and profit.
  • Act as the main logistics contact for sourcing-related matters.
  • Define budget and forecast exit strategies across Planning Markets after the season.
  • Partner with continent logistics to establish the continent’s delivery frequency framework.
  • Support the standardization and implementation of delivery schedules and frequencies across SMs.
  • Lead network strategy implementation and related improvement projects, including optimization, ramp-up, and ramp-down work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or an equivalent qualification, in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and fulfillment, including warehouse operations, order flow management, and transport capacity planning.
  • Practical, solution-oriented approach with the ability to remove bottlenecks, foresee constraints, and adjust plans quickly.
  • Proven coordination skills to align supply plans, logistics capabilities, and market needs for efficient stock movement.
  • Comfort with data analysis, especially fulfillment KPIs and logistics metrics, to uncover root causes and improvement areas.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations in retail, fashion, or FMCG, with exposure to warehouse planning, transport planning, order management, or stock flow coordination.
