Overview
Genpact is actively recruiting for the position of Content Moderation Associate at their Madurai, Tamil Nadu office. This opportunity welcomes graduates from any discipline, including freshers or candidates with up to two years of experience. The company offers a full-time permanent employment with salary aligned to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and moderate user-generated content to ensure adherence to company policies and defined guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with platform rules and regulations, guaranteeing quality standards are upheld.
- Flag and escalate any content that breaches policies or potentially poses risks.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to enhance moderation procedures and standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation in any field is mandatory.
- Experience range from no prior work to two years is acceptable.
- Exceptional focus on details and capacity to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication abilities and problem-solving aptitude.
- Flexibility to work on a rotational shift basis including 24/7 schedules, covering five working days per week.
Additional Information
- The recruitment process includes a virtual mega drive scheduled for 6th December from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
