Role Overview
The Content and Acquisition Marketing Manager will blend strategic planning with practical execution to develop and implement acquisition campaigns across Tyro's owned channels. This role involves content creation to boost brand awareness and customer acquisition, managing an ongoing social media strategy, collaborating across multiple teams, and facilitating the launch of a refreshed brand platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and carry out acquisition marketing campaigns via Tyro's owned media channels.
- Produce compelling content that enhances brand recognition and attracts customers.
- Lead the execution and ongoing development of the social media strategy, injecting innovative ideas.
- Collaborate with Brand, Growth Marketing, Corporate Affairs, HR, and Product teams for integrated campaign delivery.
- Coordinate with creative teams and agencies to transform briefs into engaging digital content, remaining hands-on as required.
- Continuously assess and update the social media approach aligned with the brand's refreshed platform.
- Support the planning and delivery of both paid and organic content across owned, earned, and partner channels.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 2 to 4 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or acquisition marketing within brand guidelines and campaign structures.
- Demonstrates strong skills in producing content for acquisition or brand marketing campaigns.
- Experienced in managing social media platforms and understanding their role in marketing outcomes.
- Balances strategic campaign planning with practical content creation capabilities.
- Proficient in stakeholder engagement and collaborative work across various teams.
- Experienced in briefing creative projects and leading campaign execution across digital mediums.
- Exhibits curiosity and a proactive mindset toward enhancing content performance continuously.
- Experience in financial services, B2B sectors, or creative agencies is advantageous.
