About the Role
In this position, you will leverage your creativity and strategic insight to design impactful communication initiatives directed at producers, partners, media, and the general public. You will serve as a key advisor to management and elected officials, engaging in all facets of communication including social media, content creation, public affairs, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive internal and external communication strategies for the organization.
- Craft, draft, and oversee the production of diverse communication materials (press releases, newsletters, advertisements, promotional items, etc.).
- Contribute to various special communication projects such as agricultural podcasts and the UPA Open House.
- Manage press relations and coordinate media events.
- Oversee and expand the organization's presence on social media platforms and its website.
- Plan and coordinate large-scale events ensuring timely logistics, scheduling, and partnership management.
- Facilitate and support producer groups including boards and committees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant communication-related field.
- At least two years of pertinent work experience.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written French.

Work Conditions
- Permanent employment status.
