Lokalbäckerei Brotzeit is a traditional, regional bakery committed to authentic craftsmanship. As the company continues to grow, we are looking to strengthen our bakery team with motivated individuals.

Job Responsibilities

• Start work early at 4:00 or 5:00 AM.
• Work approximately one Saturday per month on a rotating schedule with the team.
• Produce handcrafted confectionery products.
• Prepare various doughs, creams, and fillings.
• Create fine pastry, laminated dough products, and long-lasting baked goods.
• Craft seasonal specialties such as Easter and Christmas pastries, cookies, and festive items.
• Meticulously decorate fine pastries.
• Prepare and clean workstations and perform quality checks.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in artisanal production using natural, seasonal ingredients.
• Accurate and clean working style with attention to detail.
• Passion for traditional confectionery craftsmanship.
• Dependability, strong team spirit, and enthusiasm for working in a modern and open environment.
