Role Purpose

We are looking for a Procurer to join our team, responsible for sourcing and managing suppliers of raw materials and packaging, ensuring competitive costs, high quality, and uninterrupted supply aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop both national and international suppliers for materials and services, targeting the best market prices while meeting quality standards.
• Strategically negotiate and establish long-term contracts with raw material and packaging suppliers according to item criticality, securing the best market prices and consistent supply.
• Ensure suppliers meet delivery timelines (OTIF) by actively managing and monitoring supply chains, anticipating and preventing potential short or long-term disruptions.
• Monitor supplier performance internally, including quality and technical aspects, offering commercial and market insights to facilitate collaboration.
• Assess and oversee supply chain stability, focusing on strategic and leverageable items, implementing risk mitigation plans as needed.
• Conduct regular market reviews through commercial bidding to identify pricing improvements and new opportunities.
• Participate in meetings, fairs, and industry events to gain market knowledge and maintain strong commercial partnerships.
• Propose and support continuous process improvements related to procurement management.
• Adhere strictly to company policies including Purchasing, Conduct and Ethics, and all formalized procedures within your management scope.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in purchasing raw materials for the pharmaceutical industry.
• Advanced conversational English proficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with COUPA procurement system.
• Experience using SAP system.

Additional Information

• Work location: telework arrangement.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, flexible schedule with start between 7:00 and 9:00 AM and end between 4:00 and 6:00 PM.
