Job description

Position Overview

Serve as a key support role in managing room inventory and maximizing revenue across the hotel cluster, while ensuring accuracy and enhancing automation in the reservation system. Assist with competitive market analysis and documentation for strategic sales meetings. Manage room authorizations, pricing strategies, and restrictions along with communicating these strategies to the respective properties.

Primary Duties

  • Support all aspects of revenue management month-end reporting and auditing.
  • Prepare forward-looking data to assist forecasting and identify key areas to meet financial targets.
  • Generate and maintain property and market revenue management reports to meet analytical needs of the team.
  • Handle system maintenance tasks including inputting rate hurdles, monitoring demand forecasts, updating group forecasts, and performing daily system validations.
  • Train new team members on revenue management software and tools when required.
  • Implement hotel sales strategies within the reservation and inventory systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No specific licenses or certifications needed.
