Job Overview

This entry-level Compensation Analyst position offers remote work aligned with Eastern Standard Time hours. The role involves transactional compensation activities and data analysis, supporting Talent Acquisition, HR, and business teams. It includes tasks such as salary surveys, job evaluations, and compensation program management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and delivering compensation programs.
  • Contribute to the annual global salary survey process.
  • Perform job evaluation and market pricing analysis.
  • Respond promptly to compensation requests, maintaining service level agreements with HR and business partners.
  • Support salary increase and promotion proposals through data-driven insights.
  • Research and analyze compensation and reward initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant federal, state, and local regulations across multiple countries.
  • Conduct market benchmarking to enhance compensation strategies.
  • Assist in salary planning, merit reviews, and incentive programs administration.
  • Authorize job and compensation actions within Workday system.
  • Prepare reports and analyses related to compensation.
  • Support compensation projects, process improvements, and audits as required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • 0 to 2 years' experience in HR, Finance, or data-focused analytical roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic formulas.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, especially Workday, for running queries and data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with job analysis and job evaluation processes.

Additional Information

  • Education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent (HS/GED).
  • Work schedule: First shift, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
  • Contract duration: Minimum six months.
