Community Lead - Liberty Station

Role overview

JETSET Pilates is looking for a Community Lead to help introduce the brand to a new market, strengthen local connections, and design experiences that bring people into the studio community. This role works closely with the General Manager and contributes to local partnerships, events, social content, and member engagement. It supports both the studio launch phase and the longer-term growth of the location.

This position is a strong fit for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships in the neighborhood, and helping establish a brand from the ground up.

Pre-opening: launch the market

• Develop relationships with nearby businesses, wellness partners, run clubs, apartment communities, and corporate groups.
• Plan and run community activations, pop-up experiences, and tabling events.
• Support JETSET On The Mat community classes and help create standout guest interactions.
• Collect leads and contribute to building a strong founding member base.
• Create local social media content in partnership with the marketing team.
• Build anticipation and brand awareness ahead of opening day.

Post-opening: grow the community

• Keep strengthening partnerships that generate referrals and membership growth.
• Support local events and ongoing neighborhood engagement.
• Work with the General Manager to support membership targets and studio objectives.
• Follow up with prospective members and help move leads through the conversion process.
• Deliver excellent in-studio guest service during shifts.
• Assist with front desk responsibilities while maintaining a warm, polished studio atmosphere.
