Social Media Coordinator

About the Role

JETSET Pilates is looking for a community-focused Social Media Coordinator to help introduce the brand to new neighborhoods, strengthen local relationships, and create engaging experiences that bring people into the studio community. This position works closely with the General Manager and supports local partnerships, community activations, social media efforts, and member engagement.

From helping a new studio get off the ground to supporting its continued growth, this role contributes to brand awareness, lead generation, and a strong member experience. It is a great fit for someone who enjoys connecting with people, being active in the local community, and helping build something from the beginning.

Post-Opening: Grow the Community

After the studio opens, the focus shifts to turning community interest into memberships and long-term engagement.

• Maintain and expand partnerships that help generate referrals and new memberships.
• Assist with local events and ongoing community engagement activities.
• Work with the General Manager to support membership growth and studio performance goals.
• Follow up with prospective members and help move leads toward conversion.
• Deliver a high-quality member experience during in-studio shifts.
• Support front desk duties while helping maintain a warm, polished studio atmosphere.

Who You Are

You are naturally comfortable meeting new people and building genuine relationships. You enjoy being involved in the community, creating memorable experiences, and representing a brand you connect with.

The ideal candidate brings experience in hospitality, fitness, retail, events, marketing, or community engagement, along with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. An entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach are important. The schedule may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and community events as required.
