Role Overview
The Consumer Products Division is hiring a social-first Community & Engagement Manager to grow, shape, and maintain online brand communities. The role calls for someone creative, strategic, and well connected, with a strong instinct for culture, creator relationships, and community advocacy at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of everyday community management across TikTok and Facebook, including replying to direct messages, joining discussions, and maintaining a sharp and relevant brand voice.
- Monitor trending content, cultural moments, and fast-moving social conversations, then place the brand into comments and interactions in a timely and authentic way.
- Plan and execute seeding, gifting, and outreach activity to strengthen relationships with loyal fans, advocates, and emerging nano and micro creators.
- Support organic content initiatives by onboarding and coordinating nano and micro creators to generate user content that feels genuine and engaging.
- Work closely with Owned Social Brand Managers, Advocacy, Digital, CDMO, and Product Brand Managers so that daily community activity supports wider campaign objectives.
- Review response performance and campaign results using tools such as Sprinklr, then apply insights to refine and improve the community strategy over time.
What the Role Requires
- Hands-on experience managing active social communities, preferably on TikTok and Facebook, with a strong understanding of online audience behavior.
- A strong feel for internet culture and the ability to adapt brand voice naturally to trends that are moving quickly.
- Experience building creator and advocate relationships, including identifying, onboarding, and partnering with nano and micro influencers.
- Comfort using social analytics and listening tools such as Sprinklr to track response times, measure KPIs, and turn data into action.
- Excellent written communication, adaptable tone of voice, and strong people skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
Benefits and Perks
- Access to a market-leading benefits package.
- Money-saving offers, free mortgage advice, share options, and an enhanced pension plan.
- Up to 60% discount on selected brands including YSL, CeraVe, Armani, Kiehl's, Garnier, and other iconic names.
- Private medical and dental cover.
- Discounted gym membership and onsite mental health support.
- Enhanced family leave for all employees.
- Up to 4 weeks of paid fertility leave.
- Training support, leadership development programs, and monthly expert talks to help you grow in the role.
