Job Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a Community Clinical Partner to offer clinical and professional guidance to frontline care support teams within the Eastern Regional Cheshire Ireland Community Services. This role presents a valuable chance to contribute to continuous enhancement of service quality, processes, and systems at both service and organizational levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and clinical oversight to assigned services by ensuring strict adherence to organizational policies, statutory and legislative standards.
- Support consistent service delivery through the promotion of evidence-based decision-making and ongoing learning.
- Operate within a social model of disability, ensuring care meets the physical, psychological, and social requirements of individuals with physical and neurological disabilities.
- Collaborate with the Eastern Community Team to assist with clinical assessments and foster staff professional development across the region.
- Commit to person-centered care and work collaboratively with clients living in their own homes.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a nursing qualification relevant to the role.
- Minimum of one year experience functioning at the CNM1 level within disability or healthcare sectors.
- Dedication to rights-based, person-centered service principles.
- Background in delivering staff training as well as creating and implementing policies and procedures.
- Preferably experienced in managing services focused on physical and neurological conditions.
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders effectively and demonstrate ongoing personal and professional growth.
- Experience conducting audits, evaluations, incident reviews, or investigations.
- Strong analytical thinking, report writing, and communication capabilities with problem-solving aptitude.
- Valid driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle and readiness to travel as required.
Additional Information
This is a specified purpose contract based in Dublin, Ireland. The position requires on-site presence and travel within the region. The application deadline is the 31st of July at 5 PM.
