Job Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a Community Clinical Partner to offer clinical and professional guidance to frontline care support teams within the Eastern Regional Cheshire Ireland Community Services. This role presents a valuable chance to contribute to continuous enhancement of service quality, processes, and systems at both service and organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and clinical oversight to assigned services by ensuring strict adherence to organizational policies, statutory and legislative standards.

Candidate Requirements

  • Possession of a nursing qualification relevant to the role.

  • Background in delivering staff training as well as creating and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Preferably experienced in managing services focused on physical and neurological conditions.
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders effectively and demonstrate ongoing personal and professional growth.

  • Strong analytical thinking, report writing, and communication capabilities with problem-solving aptitude.
  • Valid driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle and readiness to travel as required.
