- Develop targeted communication strategies for governments, donors, private sector partners, youth, and the ecosystem to enhance engagement and trust.
- Enhance digital and social media presence via platform-specific storytelling and engagement tactics.
- Plan and execute flagship campaigns, launches, observances, and events, managing media outreach and public relations activities.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Humanities, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in communications, campaign development, or content production focused on youth initiatives.
- Proven expertise managing multi-channel national or multi-stakeholder youth campaigns across social media, editorial, and video platforms.
- Experience coordinating with creative agencies and producing high-quality visual and multimedia communications.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent storytelling and content creation abilities for diverse audiences including government, private sector, and donors.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Canva, Trello, and social media analytics.
- Strong independent working capability in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Desirable: prior involvement with UN or multilateral bodies and development sector collaborations.
Core Values and Policies

A thorough background check including credentials and employment history verification is mandatory.
