Role Overview

We are looking for a committed Office Admin Entrepreneur to oversee daily office functions at our Hyderabad Kukatpally head office and lead franchise development nationwide. This is a full-time commission-based position with no fixed salary but generous uncapped earning potential reaching ₹50,000 or more monthly, rewarding performance and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office administration including scheduling, client coordination, and documentation at the Hyderabad office.
• Develop and expand business franchises across major cities in India by identifying, pitching, and onboarding new partners.
• Generate business leads in sectors such as HR recruitment and staffing, website development, CRM deployment, digital and print media consultancy, legal services including income tax and GST, accounting and taxation, and government subsidy loans.
• Perform outreach through calls, emails, WhatsApp Business, and networking events to build client relationships and close deals.
• Utilize CRM tools to monitor leads, conversions, and revenue, and provide regular reports to headquarters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams involved in recruitment, digital marketing, and compliance projects.
• Innovate and execute strategies to drive growth and expansion both in rural and urban regions using AI and digital platforms.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Any graduate degree (including Inter, BA, BSc, B.Com, MA, M.Com, MSc, Law students, BBA, or CA-intermediate preferred).
• Strong business sense and entrepreneurial drive are essential.
• Excellent communication skills in English plus Telugu or Hindi; skills in business promotion and negotiation.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; knowledge of digital marketing or HR tools is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working on a commission-only remuneration model.
• Residing in Hyderabad (specifically Kukatpally area) with a commitment to dedicate time onsite.
• Must have own laptop or smartphone and reliable transportation for local travel and outreach activities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Commission-based pay structure with potential monthly earnings from zero up to ₹50,000 or higher, based on performance in franchise fees, recruitment placements, and service contracts.

Additional Information
