  • Spot new business opportunities and build commercial partnerships and initiatives that contribute to long-term expansion.
  • Guide, mentor, and grow regional commercial teams while encouraging capability development, engagement, and succession planning.
  • Manage forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities, with strong attention to KPI monitoring and commercial performance.
  • Work closely with global and regional teams to ensure smooth execution and a strong customer experience.
  • Promote operational efficiency by improving commercial processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • A demonstrable history of increasing revenue, meeting commercial goals, and managing business operations successfully.
  • Strong people leadership experience, including the ability to build and develop high-performing international teams.
  • Well-developed commercial judgment, strategic thinking, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Practical experience with budgeting, forecasting, and business planning in a complex, multi-market setting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
  • Good understanding of how regulated sectors such as medical devices or healthcare-related services operate.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline; an MBA or similar advanced qualification is an advantage.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay package with a base salary plus performance-linked incentives, adjusted by country.
  • Remote-first working setup with flexibility across the EMEA region.
  • Full benefits package, including healthcare coverage.
  • Access to professional development, leadership training, and international growth opportunities.
