Job description
Role overview
This is a senior talent acquisition position offered for a partner organization. The employer handles the complete application review and the following hiring stages. The role is based in Canada and is focused on high-stakes recruitment in a global, fast-moving setting.
You will lead end-to-end hiring for difficult, specialized, and senior positions across consulting, technology, and supply chain-related work. The role calls for close collaboration with senior hiring leaders, strong judgment in building role requirements, and the ability to operate effectively across North America, especially the US and Canada, while working across different time zones.
In addition to managing searches, you will help strengthen hiring quality, improve decision-making, and raise recruiting effectiveness through insight-led recommendations. This is a highly visible individual contributor position with broad ownership, strong autonomy, and meaningful influence on the talent acquisition function. You will also support process refinement, recruiter coaching, and recruitment best practices.

- Carry out structured interviews and support consistent, high-quality candidate evaluation and selection.
- Help shape role scope, seniority level, and hiring feasibility using market knowledge and talent availability.
- Lead debrief conversations, address misalignment or bias, and keep hiring decisions moving in a timely way.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on market trends, compensation, and hiring trade-offs.
- Review recruitment funnel data to spot patterns, improve conversion, and strengthen the candidate journey.
- Work with external partners and internal stakeholders on requisition management, candidate submissions, and interview coordination.
- Contribute to hiring guides, process enhancements, and mentoring initiatives for other recruiters.
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of hands-on full-cycle recruitment experience in consulting, technology, or service-led organizations.

- Knowledge of visa handling, cross-border hiring, and related compliance considerations.
- Ability to source, assess, and close both technical and non-technical talent effectively.
- Proven influence with senior stakeholders and hiring decision-makers.
- Exposure to recruiting analytics, workforce planning, or funnel improvement is an added advantage.

How the hiring process works
Applications are reviewed through an AI-assisted matching process designed to evaluate candidates quickly and fairly against the role’s core requirements. The system identifies the strongest matches, and that shortlist is then passed to the hiring company. Final hiring decisions, including interviews and assessments, are handled by the employer’s own team.
Privacy and data handling
By applying, you acknowledge that your personal information may be processed to assess your application and shared with the hiring employer. This processing is based on legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps where allowed under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. You can request access, correction, deletion, or objection to processing at any time.
Automated tools may be used to support parts of the hiring workflow, including resume review, response analysis, and identifying possible inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials. These tools assist the recruitment team but do not replace human review. Final decisions are made by people. If you want more details about data handling, you may contact the team directly.
