  • Gather input from Commercial Leads and coordinate with them on the planning and execution of tactical activations.
  • Build business cases and track progress on major commercial priorities in coordination with the Commercial Manager and Commercial Leads.
  • Monitor sales performance, interpret reports and dashboards, and translate them into business insights.
  • Perform a 360-degree review of customer, web, and sales data to identify useful takeaways for the Commercial team.
  • Assess full-funnel digital performance across the website and app, including traffic, user activity, product results, and sales.
  • Support analysis of campaign impact, including conversion attribution and return on ad spend.
  • Review sales, customer, and web data to identify insights tied to QCP, product, assortment, and pricing.
  • Plan, support, and evaluate A/B tests and multivariate tests to improve conversion and customer experience in the online store and CRM/email channels.
  • Carry out customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and product performance reviews.
  • Set up tagging, tracking, and SEO analytics to improve data quality and visibility across owned digital channels.
  • Assist the Digital Experience Manager, E-com Leads, Commercial Leads, and Marketing team with analytics work and share findings.

What you need

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a similar discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in commercial analytics, ideally within e-commerce or fashion retail.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methods and web tracking setup.
  • Good analytical ability, reporting discipline, and presentation skills.
