Role Overview
The Commercial and Marketing Manager at DSFH NEOM is responsible for advancing revenue growth, enhancing market presence, and strengthening the hospital's brand positioning. This position directs integrated commercial and marketing efforts to drive patient acquisition, foster payer and partner relations, and promote service line expansion. All activities must align with Fakeeh Care Group's branding, governance, and commercial standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement the commercial strategy to support the hospital's business objectives and group mandates.
- Accelerate revenue growth by optimizing pricing, increasing service volumes, and pursuing market expansion.
- Discover and capitalize on new revenue streams including corporate clients, government agreements, insurance providers, employers, and strategic partners.
- Assist in assessing service line profitability and formulate business cases for the launch of new services and centers of excellence.
- Design and execute marketing strategies adhering to Fakeeh Care Group’s brand guidelines to position DSFH NEOM as a leading premium healthcare provider aligned with NEOM’s innovation and sustainability goals.
- Oversee marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, digital outreach, public relations, and partnership activities, ensuring message consistency and an excellent patient experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as insurers, corporate customers, government agencies, and NEOM ecosystem collaborators.
- Represent DSFH NEOM at external events, exhibitions, and strategic forums.
- Collaborate with medical leaders to promote specialized clinical services and centers of excellence.
- Track and analyze commercial and marketing performance indicators including revenue, patient volumes, market share, and campaign effectiveness, producing reports and forecasts for leadership.
- Manage the commercial and marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimized resource allocation and measurable returns on investment.
- Work closely with Group Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Medical Affairs to ensure compliance with policies and healthcare regulations, serving as the local brand and commercial representative within the group’s operating framework.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned within the job scope.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated ability in coordinating and managing multiple marketing projects efficiently.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to manage diverse relationships.
- Exceptional attention to detail with adherence to brand compliance standards.
- Capability to prioritize and handle concurrent projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and marketing coordination software.
