Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans covering product assortment, channel strategies, and geographical focus.
  • Consistently identify and acquire new clients with efficiency and determination.
  • Take full responsibility throughout the sales cycle, including pre-sales, sales, and aftersales, ensuring timely responses and diligent follow-ups.
  • Recruit new partners to expand both in-house and overall market share within the assigned area.
  • Manage current ASUS partners to maximize sell-through, control inventory, and execute sell-out strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Address and resolve business challenges with partners through effective communication and coordination, sustaining long-term relationships.
  • Collect and analyze competitor and market data to support pricing adjustments and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with distributor teams to enhance channel and business development efforts.
  • Organize training sessions for internal teams and external customers, sharing vital information with partners.
  • Coordinate with branch service and headquarters support teams to resolve disputes and foster partner business growth.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Self-driven individual capable of working autonomously and leading cross-functional collaboration to fulfill client needs.
  • Proficient computer skills, with a preference for strong PC capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills paired with strong negotiation abilities; independent and motivated.
  • Positive, energetic, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong analytical aptitude and resilience under pressure.
  • Proven experience in sourcing, securing, onboarding, and managing System Integrator (SI) partners.
