Collector - Business to Business (B2B)

Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and customer-oriented Collector specialized in B2B collections to join our Riyadh-based sales team at Nestlé Waters, a leader in the bottled water industry in Saudi Arabia, producing brands such as Al Manhal and Nestlé Pure Life.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete collections and receivables lifecycle for assigned B2B clients, ensuring payments are collected timely and accounts are reconciled accurately.
• Execute daily field visits and engage directly with customers to recover outstanding payment balances, resolve invoicing discrepancies, and fortify client relationships across corporate, institutional, and HORECA sectors.
• Work in close coordination with the Finance, Sales, and Customer Service teams to validate invoicing and facilitate payment processes.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer payment history, monitor credit limits, and keep account information current.
• Regularly examine aging reports to detect payment risks and proactively communicate with clients to minimize overdue debts.
• Deliver precise weekly forecasts on collection performance and provide status updates to management.
• Adhere strictly to Nestlé’s Code of Business Conduct in all aspects of the role.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
• Possesses at least 2 years of professional experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service, ideally within FMCG or distribution sectors.
• Demonstrates strong capabilities in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
• Proactive, highly motivated, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Must have a valid Saudi Arabia driving license.
