Coach (m/w/d) - Career & Entrepreneurship

About the Role

We are expanding and immediately seeking a career coach who can genuinely advance clients on their professional journeys, whether that's their next career move or launching their own business.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching to individuals registered as unemployed aiming to take purposeful steps forward, either as employees or entrepreneurs.
• Act as a peer-level sounding board, addressing mindset issues, self-doubt, and internal barriers holding back progress.
• Develop tailored career strategies and assist directly with application materials, including CVs, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, interview preparation, and salary negotiations.
• Support aspiring founders in refining business ideas, creating business and financial plans, and navigating initial administrative processes.
• Contribute your own ideas and play an active role in evolving our coaching formats.

Qualifications

• Completed training or degree in business, education, psychology, or a comparable field.
• Practical experience in both career coaching, HR or recruitment and in business consulting or entrepreneurial activities.
• Strong empathy paired with clarity when engaging with people facing professional transitions; able to motivate without sugar-coating.
• Active listening skills, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Self-driven work ethic, comfortable working autonomously yet knowing when to coordinate with others.
