Job description
The opportunity
FutureSight is looking for a Co-Founder & CEO to launch and lead Reclaim, an AI-first denial management and revenue recovery business. This is a true co-founder partnership with meaningful founder equity; it is not a paid executive position.
The venture is targeting a $16B+ total addressable market with a significant $7.5B-$10B gap, focused on the underserved mid-market. Today, roughly 30-40% of denied medical claims are never challenged because practices do not have enough staff or capital to pursue them. As a result, each practice leaves behind an estimated $50,000 to $300,000 in earned revenue every year.
Reclaim AI is designed to handle denied and aged claims from start to finish using outcome-based contingency pricing. Practices pay nothing upfront, and the company earns a share of the revenue it helps recover. The target customer is a practice with $80K+ in annual recoverable claims.
Market context
The opportunity was shaped through direct interviews with billing managers, practice owners, revenue cycle leaders at health systems, and digital operations leaders at major insurance companies. The operational breakdown is severe and creates a strong opening for a new entrant.
- Because payer visibility is so poor, some billers are hiring part-time engineers to build internal RPA scrapers just to monitor claim status.
- Teams feel the financial loss deeply; one small-practice assistant shared that nearly a million dollars may have been written off simply because the office could not keep up with manual follow-ups.
- Insurance companies face the same claims chaos they create. One payer interviewed reported a backlog of 31,000 disputed claims that consumed 80% of staff operating capacity and forced emergency hiring.
- Large, well-funded competitors are concentrated on enterprise health systems and typically charge $15K+ in upfront licensing fees, leaving a clear opening in the mid-market for a contingency-priced autonomous agent.
About FutureSight

The partnership
- Meaningful founder equity from the beginning.
- Pre-seed capital is already committed for early hiring and MVP work, with room for additional follow-on funding.
- Access to venture-building support across design, engineering, growth, and fundraising from day one.
- Support from an investor and advisor network focused on vertical AI and early-stage capital.
- A co-creation model where you act as CEO alongside FutureSight’s cross-functional team.
What you will own
As Co-Founder & CEO, you will define the direction of the business and drive execution across the company.
- Strategy: sharpen the ideal customer profile, pricing approach, and market positioning.
- Customer development: run pilots with practice owners and revenue cycle leaders, convert them into paying customers, and build the go-to-market engine.
- Product: work with FutureSight’s product and engineering teams to launch V1 and improve it using customer feedback.
- Capital: lead the seed fundraising process, using support from FutureSight’s network and traction.
- Team: hire and lead the founding team while shaping the company culture.
Founder profile
- Deep knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or denial management, including an understanding of denial codes, administrative denials such as credentialing issues, and the fragmented tools billers use, such as Tebra, eClinicalWorks, and Availity.
- Prior founding experience at a venture-backed company.
- Strong track record in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market, including selling and working directly with customers.
- Comfort with fundraising, including building investor narratives and raising capital.
- Ability to attract, develop, and keep high-performing talent.
- Realistic understanding of the responsibilities and pressure that come with co-founding a venture-backed company.
