Job description

Role overview

The Cluster Revenue Executive supports the Revenue Management team by handling inventory updates, rate loading, and system checks across revenue management platforms. The role also assists with weekly sales strategy materials, tracking performance, and reviewing system setup and distribution to help ensure accuracy and consistency.

What you will do

  • Help drive better revenue and profit outcomes by ensuring revenue management tools and systems are properly used.
  • Maintain weekly and monthly tracking for promotions, special events, and important market segments to support performance review.
  • Apply pricing changes in HPP accurately and on time, and coordinate those updates with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support company promotions and digital channel participation by completing setups in HPP, eFast, and Opera PMS.
  • Review hotel distribution channels for positioning, rate parity, placement, and data accuracy, then record findings.
  • Assist with rolling out market-wide strategies and promotional plans.
  • Prepare weekly sales strategy meeting packs for the hotels and highlight key risks or positive trends found in the data.
  • Join sales strategy meetings when needed and present analysis and recommendations.
  • Ensure sales plans are correctly reflected in reservation and inventory systems.
  • Use tracking and analysis tools to support deeper hotel-level review.
  • Provide inventory management support to hotels when required.
  • Assist in reviewing competitive sets, pricing position, and future demand periods when requested.
  • Understand how Sales, Reservations, and property management systems connect and work together.
  • Recommend improvements to make revenue management processes more effective.
  • Protect and promote brand value.
  • Escalate technical issues related to reservations and property management systems to the right support team without delay.

Candidate profile

This position is for a non-management full-time role based in Doha, Qatar. It sits within Revenue Management and is meant to provide practical support to senior team members.

Education and experience

  • A 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field is required.
  • No prior work experience is necessary.

Skills and knowledge

  • Understanding of revenue management concepts, systems, products, and operational processes
  • Ability to support execution of a defined strategy
  • Clear and timely communication with team members
  • Report preparation and presentation delivery
  • Analytical and critical thinking
  • Intermediate computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Exposure to hotel revenue and reservation systems such as MARSHA, Opera PMS, Opera S&C, HPP, MarRFP, eFast, MRDW, and One Yield is helpful
  • Strong listening and comprehension skills
  • Strong written communication ability
