Role Overview

Core Duties

• Build business through the assigned bank branches and consistently work toward target achievement.
• Assist the RO (FLS) in sales activity by preparing benefit illustrations and joining client meetings whenever needed.
• Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the bank, which is the primary customer for this position.
• Keep open and trustworthy engagement with branch managers, officers, and other staff members.
• Hold regular conversations with bank branch employees to share product knowledge related to insurance and the JV company’s offerings, and to understand any concerns they may have about selling insurance.
• Make sure service expectations are fulfilled, medical appointments or processes are arranged smoothly, and customers remain satisfied.
• Lead lead-generation activities from the bank network through walk-ins, data mining, referrals, and other sources.
