About the Role
The Cluster Manager is entrusted with the responsibility of spearheading sales activities and meeting sales targets for designated bank branches under the Open Architecture model.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales efforts to achieve defined targets through assigned bank branches.
- Provide sales support to Relationship Officers (FLS) by assisting in generating benefits illustrations and accompany them on client calls as needed.
- Maintain and nurture open, trusting relationships with Bank personnel including Branch Managers, officers, and staff.
- Engage regularly with bank employees to share knowledge about insurance products, offerings by the joint venture company, and address concerns related to selling insurance.
- Ensure all service requirements are fulfilled, including facilitating medical procedures and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Lead all initiatives to generate prospective leads from the bank through various channels such as walk-ins, data mining, and referrals.
