Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a CLM Analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience in finance and accounting. The position is based in Noida and requires supporting senior management and finance & treasury department heads with analytical tasks focused on cash flow management.
Education Requirements
Applicants should have completed at least 15 years of formal education (10+2+3), holding a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting, B.Com, MBA, or an equivalent qualification.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist senior management and finance & treasury heads by providing detailed analytics.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts covering all expected inflows and outflows.
- Manage and monitor cash balances regularly to ensure business obligations are met.
- Process interbank fund transfers through journal entries and manage e-banking operations.
- Schedule and execute cash remittances and repatriations based on fund availability and business requirements.
- Maintain working capital reserves for unforeseen contingencies.
- Ensure bank mandates are kept current and comply with company policies.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Certification in Risk Management such as FRM from GARP is desirable.
- Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder management experience.
- Proven experience managing relationships with banking partners.
