Role Overview

The Clinical Specialist role in Singapore focuses on building and managing strong partnerships with key accounts, offering expert clinical support for the Biosense Webster product line. This position is pivotal in supporting business growth by leading clinical initiatives and facilitating technology adoption within electrophysiology.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and sustain high customer satisfaction by cultivating strong relationships and offering expert clinical product support and value-added services.
• Deliver clinical expertise for 3D cardiac mapping procedures across Singapore.
• Promote the utilization of 3D mapping technologies using solid clinical evidence and outcomes data.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase growth, profitability, and market share in key accounts.
• Enhance the effectiveness of healthcare delivery through education and training sessions for clinicians and technical professionals.
• Maintain detailed and timely account data, reports, and customer records.
• Continuously deepen product knowledge to provide superior service and competitive advantage.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to support product launches, meetings, and training programs.
• Conduct training for Electrophysiology technicians to advance their skills.
• Stay informed on Biosense Webster products, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
• Develop and support proctors and clinical advocates within the product portfolio.
• Work alongside Regional Clinical Education and Marketing Managers to execute educational and commercial initiatives and post-launch assessments.
• Adhere rigorously to Johnson & Johnson’s standards for professionalism, integrity, compliance, and ethics.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Science, or a closely related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in clinical or healthcare settings, ideally within Electrophysiology or Cardiology.
• Hands-on experience as an EP Technician with electrophysiology exposure is highly preferred.
• Certifications such as CEPIA (Australia) and/or IBHRE are advantageous.
• Flexibility to work extended or irregular hours including weekends as necessary.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced clinical environment, demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and a strong attention to detail.
