Opportunity Overview

We are excited to invite passionate Clinical Safety Officers to enhance our Digital Team, working closely with the Digital Clinical Matron on impactful digital transformation projects within the Trust.

Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Safety Officer will collaborate with Technology and Clinical Teams to uphold NHS Digital Information Standards DCB0129 and DCB0160, ensuring safe and compliant implementation of digital changes. This role supports clinical safety governance and contributes to programmes such as electronic patient records and health record digitisation. Additionally, the role assists the Chief Nursing Information Officer in improving patient information systems across clinical services.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will possess experience as Clinical Safety Officers, preferably within the NHS, with proven ability to work under pressure independently while communicating effectively. Prior exposure to digital workspaces is valued but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.

Workplace and Flexibility

While primarily based at the Doncaster site, flexibility to work at any Trust location is expected. Work hours or base location may vary according to service needs. The Trust supports flexible working arrangements wherever feasible.
