About the Role

Join a dynamic Clinical Operations team based in the UK focused on multi-sponsor projects, offering an engaging CRA I position for candidates with a minimum of six months’ independent monitoring experience. The role provides exposure across varied therapeutic areas such as Hematology/Oncology and Ophthalmology, participating in innovative clinical trials within a thriving global CRO.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monitoring activities nationally across clinical sites in the UK.
• Focus primarily on oncology studies involving solid tumors, including Prostate, Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC), Leukemia, Breast cancer, Glioblastoma, and various hematological malignancies.
• Manage multiple study protocols in therapeutic domains including Neuroscience, Cell and Gene Therapies, Respiratory, Cardiovascular, Infectious Diseases, Nephrology, Endocrinology, and Gastroenterology.
• Implement risk-based monitoring approaches to optimize trial oversight and management efficiency.
• Conduct at least eight days of on-site visits monthly to support study progress and compliance.
