Role Overview
We are seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist to tailor clinical training programs for healthcare providers, maximizing the utilization of Philips' clinical applications and technology under direct guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Customize training plans, instructional content, and user manuals based on assessment of healthcare professionals’ specific needs.
- Comply strictly with clinical protocols and operational standards, ensuring adherence to industry and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate clinical workflows to identify improvement opportunities and enhance application deployment.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with clinical teams and stakeholders to facilitate application adoption.
- Clearly communicate technical and clinical information ensuring comprehensive understanding and application usage.
- Deliver detailed training sessions and workshops both onsite and remotely for proficient use of clinical solutions.
- Offer continuous support and troubleshoot to resolve technical issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Foster productive interactions within internal teams and external clients for improved user experience and coordination.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of customer engagements, training, and support activities to monitor progress and identify improvements.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in Clinical Applications, Business Development, Clinical Sales, or Sales Support.
- Educational background should include a High School Diploma with vocational training or a Bachelor’s degree in Radiography Technology.
Work Environment
This role supports remote working arrangements. Philips promotes teamwork and expects office-based employees to work onsite at least three days per week. Field roles mainly take place at customer or supplier sites.
