Because of continued expansion, M3 USA is looking to add a Client Success Consultant at M3 MI, an M3 company.
About the Business Unit
M3 MI provides syndicated survey data and insights for both consumer and professional health markets. Its research covers patient and HCP attitudes, behaviors, and media consumption, along with HCP advertising intelligence, helping clients make smarter marketing decisions.
The business serves pharma, medical device, and hospital advertisers, as well as ad agencies and media partners. It also supports professionals working in marketing, advertising creative, strategy, media planning, media research, and sales.
Role Overview
This is a highly visible client-facing role centered on onboarding, training, support, and retention. You will work with sales, client service, research, and product teams to help clients get maximum value from their M3 MI subscriptions.
The role combines trusted advisory work with product expertise, with a focus on helping clients turn data into practical, actionable insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client training sessions that improve adoption and build confidence in the platform.
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and ongoing support.
- Assist with subscription renewals by reinforcing value and identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Handle client questions and resolve issues related to data, the platform, and reporting.
- Support new client onboarding and business development through data requests and account setup.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth and consistent client experience.
Requirements
- Background in client service, account management, or another client-facing training position.
- Excellent communication and presentation ability, including the skill to explain complex information clearly.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle several priorities at once.
- Comfort with analytics, research data, and data-driven products.
- Capability to work independently while coordinating effectively across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in healthcare, pharma, media, or market research is an added advantage.
- Additional advantage: experience in media planning and familiarity with tools such as Telmar, Nielsen Clear Decisions, or MediaRadar.
