Role Overview

The Client Experience Officer plays an important part in delivering excellent service to clients before and after sales. Support is provided through live chat, email, social channels, and phone. Reporting to the Team Leader of Client Services, the role works closely with the wider team to ensure client needs are handled efficiently, while also keeping full alignment with internal compliance and regulatory standards. The position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and includes remote-working flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality client support every day across live chat, email, and phone, while meeting service standards and performance targets.
  • Handle the main client services inbox and other communication channels, making sure replies are accurate and sent within a timely manner.
  • Record and classify client questions, requests, and issues so management can use the insights to improve service and internal processes.
  • Keep the Website Support Page and Knowledge Base current so clients always have access to correct information.
  • Look for ways to strengthen client communication methods and channels to improve the overall experience.
  • Support improvements in conversion and retention for clients contacting the Client Services team.
  • Help clients complete account verification whenever needed.

About You

The ideal candidate has experience in a similar client service position and brings a strong client-first mindset. You should be comfortable communicating clearly in both written and spoken form, pay close attention to detail, and maintain quality even during busy periods. The role also requires strong relationship-building skills, sound judgment, integrity, and the ability to learn continuously. You should work well with others, adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment, and be comfortable using a range of digital tools and trading platforms. A weekly or monthly shift rotation may apply depending on business needs. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.

Tools and Systems

This role requires confidence working with Microsoft applications, Google Drive, Gmail, Slack, MT4, and MT5.
