Position Overview

We seek a Client Advisor to join our team in New Delhi on a permanent full-time basis. The role centers on delivering a uniquely personalized shopping experience that transforms customers' dreams into Gucci creations, making a meaningful impact on every client encounter.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet individual sales and service goals by leveraging available data and systems to assess personal performance and identify sales prospects.
• Apply cross-selling and upselling strategies effectively to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Create engaging and emotional client interactions, providing best-in-class service aligned with hospitality and welcoming standards.
• Proactively build and nurture strong client relationships from the moment clients enter the store, making them feel valued.
• Use styling expertise to mix and match products tailored to client preferences.
• Expand and cultivate both local and international client networks, targeting recruitment and development of high-value clients.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Some past experience in premium luxury fashion brands or the hospitality sector.
• A proven history of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
• Genuine passion for Gucci and thorough knowledge of luxury fashion.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced setting.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends as necessary.
