Job description
Job Overview
This role focuses on managing and collecting Proof of Delivery (POD) documents and streamlining their handover to support timely revenue collection processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure daily accurate processing of PODs.
- Communicate professionally with clients and transporters to resolve queries.
- Prepare daily reports highlighting issues with PODs in the system.
- Request outstanding PODs from transporters weekly to ensure completeness.
- Maintain daily follow-ups on pending order numbers with Operations team.
- Update POD requirements in the system when onboarding new clients.
- Collaborate effectively within the team to meet stringent deadlines.
Qualifications and Experience
- Secondary school certification (Matric).
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
Skills Required
- Strong communication abilities.
- Good decision-making skills with discretion.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
