Overview
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping spaces spotless and takes pride in a polished, well-maintained environment. As a Cleaning Team Member, you help ensure the store looks great for customers and remains a safe, inviting place to visit.
Part-time team members are assigned to one store, which provides consistency and a focused work setting. Full-time team members work across two locations, offering a more varied day-to-day experience. The company also recognizes strong performance through quarterly bonuses tied to business results.

Employees receive an extra $1.50 per hour for shifts worked between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
Responsibilities
- Keep the store looking clean and presentable by caring for interior and exterior windows, service areas, parking spaces, extended parking areas, curbs, dumpster areas, floors, restrooms, food and beverage areas, coolers, freezers, and the surrounding grounds.
- Take ownership of service-area inspections and cleaning, maintain fuel dispensing equipment, stock and clean car wash areas where applicable, and handle snow removal when required.
- Support the rest of the store team as needed to help maintain a consistently clean and orderly location.
- For full-time roles, be open to traveling between two store locations; mileage and drive time beyond 15 minutes are reimbursed.
Requirements
- Prior work in janitorial or cleaning positions is considered an advantage.
- Basic light equipment maintenance ability is preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Full-time candidates should be willing to work across two store locations.
