About the Role

O.C.D Platform Inc. seeks dependable cleaners to deliver cleaning services across Windsor, Ontario. This independent contractor position allows cleaners to select preferred cleaning jobs and manage their schedules via the O.C.D Cleaner mobile application.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks in clients' homes and small commercial properties.
• Ensure punctuality by arriving on time for scheduled assignments.
• Adhere closely to client instructions and standardized cleaning checklists.
• Thoroughly clean multiple areas including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common spaces as requested.
• Operate cleaning products and equipment responsibly and safely.
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with clients.
• Respect client privacy and property throughout the service.
• Report any damages or concerns encountered during cleaning.
• Use the mobile app to manage bookings and availability efficiently.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a smartphone with reliable internet connectivity.
• Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Ability to work autonomously without supervision.
• Willing and able to travel to various client locations within Windsor.
• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Completion of the onboarding and verification process is mandatory prior to starting.

Compensation and Benefits

• Flexible work hours allowing cleaners to select jobs that suit their schedule.
• Hourly pay rate of $17.50.
