About the Role

Nice & Fresh Cleaners is seeking dedicated individuals with attention to detail and a genuine desire to assist others to join our team. No previous cleaning experience is necessary as we provide thorough training. What matters most to us are strong character, open communication, and pride in delivering quality work.

Work Schedules and Locations

We offer both full-time and part-time residential cleaning shifts during daytime hours from Monday through Saturday, with some Saturday availability preferred. We accommodate flexible scheduling and strive to align shifts with staff availability.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting training pay at $17.50/hr up to 100 training hours; experienced and fast learners can reach $20/hr base pay sooner
• Typical hourly earnings range between $20 and $23 including base pay and bonuses
• Additional income through tips and bonuses related to supplies management
• Travel reimbursement provided
• Access to 401(k) plan with employer matching for eligible employees
• A $1,000 sign-on bonus awarded after completion of 400 working hours
• Paid Time Off that accrues from the first day of employment
• Residential cleaners commonly earn an extra $2 to $5 per hour from client tips, though not guaranteed

• No cleaning experience required, training provided

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Smartphone with active data plan
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and move safely on stairs
• Clean background check
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Residents of Asheville/Buncombe area preferred due to commute intensity
