Role Overview

Royal Freemasons is looking for reliable Cleaners and Laundry Assistants to join the Coppin Residential Aged Care Facility in Melbourne. This position is important to keeping the home clean, pleasant, and safe for residents, their families, and staff.

The role suits someone who takes pride in detailed work and brings a warm, respectful manner when supporting older people, including residents living with dementia, illness, or disability.

Desired Experience and Qualities

Applicants should ideally have prior experience in commercial cleaning. A kind, compassionate attitude toward older adults is essential, along with a willingness to contribute to a caring community environment.

A current NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police Check is required. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and an annual influenza vaccination are also encouraged.
