This is an on-call, remote role based in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. While the position is remote, candidates must reside in the specified location and be available to attend local offices or company events when required.

Role Purpose

The cleaning team at Bridgepoint Maintenance delivers residential cleaning services across Ontario, primarily for move-outs, turnovers, post-maintenance, and occasionally housekeeping for occupied homes. The role demands dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on each assignment.

Typical Responsibilities

• Perform move-out cleaning for rental properties
• Conduct cleaning and turnover of vacant units
• Carry out deep cleaning after repairs, maintenance, or renovations
• Prepare homes ahead of new resident arrivals
• Provide housekeeping for occupied residential properties as scheduled
• Clean all residential areas including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, hallways, and common spaces
• Clean inside appliances, cabinets, closets, baseboards, windowsills, and other detailed locations
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and remove debris
• Complete a final quality check before concluding each assignment
• Take photos to document completion as needed
• Report damages or maintenance concerns requiring further attention
• Update job status and information via a mobile work application
• Travel independently between scheduled properties

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 2 years paid experience in professional cleaning
• Ability to manage residential cleaning tasks independently
• Experienced with move-out, turnover, deep cleaning, or housekeeping assignments
• Committed to delivering consistent, high-quality results
• Strong attention to detail and proactive identification of issues
• Professional communication skills with clients and operations staff

Essential Requirements

• Reliable personal vehicle for travel between job sites
• Own cleaning supplies and equipment
• Smartphone with GPS, capability to use work apps, take photos, and provide updates
• Basic proficiency in English communication
• Strong attendance record and organizational abilities

Preferred Experience

• Residential turnover and move-in/move-out cleaning experience
• Property preparation for turnovers
• Cleaning after maintenance or renovation work
• Experience with apartments and condominiums
• Exposure to high-volume residential cleaning settings
